Babybow stands behind our products and is committed to provide our wholesale customers and their end users the best possible value and services.
NEW ACCOUNTS
In order for any new wholesale account to be set up on open credit terms with Babybow, they must first fill out the Babybow Wholesale Account Application completely. Once completed please fax this to us at 866-326-2878. If an account has their own prepared credit document, they may send this in lieu of the completed Babybow application but must still sign our application which gives us authority to obtain their credit history.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Initial wholesale orders must total $500 with wholesale re-orders totaling at least $100, not including shipping charges.
ORDERS
Wholesale orders must be submitted in writing on a formal purchase order via fax to 866-326-2878 or email. You may use the Babybow wholesale order form, if this is more convenient. Initial first two wholesale orders, are shipped prepaid by credit-card, Visa or Mastercard. We require the credit-card authorization form completed and returned.
PAYMENTS
Acceptable complying payments in US Dollars are business checks, certified check, wire transfer, money order, Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept COD orders.
TERMS ACCOUNT
Upon establishment of credit, terms are NET 30 days from the invoice date. Payments must be postmarked by the 30th day for terms to be met. And accounts with past due balances may be revert back to “Prepaid” status. For any returned checks (NSF), a $25 additional fee will be charged to that account. A current credit card is required on file.
PAST DUE
Accounts will be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum, from the first day after the invoice is due. Terms will be reverted to ‘prepaid’ if account is overdue or payment by check is returned NSF. Collection costs will be borne by the purchaser if it becomes necessary to employ the services of a solicitor or outside agency to effect collection of the account.
PRICING
All price lists, listed prices shown on our website and on product brochure/catalog are suggested retail prices. All listed prices exclude tax and shipping cost to the reseller. We reserve the rights to change prices without prior notice. Please contact us for any pricing confirmation.
SELLING QUANTITIES
Our products are packaged in case pack selling quantities. We will not break case packs. If you do not order in full selling quantities, we reserve the right to bring your order into compliance by decreasing or cancelling the item(s) in question. Your Sales Representative will contact you prior to any changes in your order.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP)
In order to maintain the integrity of its brand of diverse juvenile products, Babybow has developed a minimum advertised price policy (MAP) for its customers to follow. This MAP policy promotes advertising practices that effectively enhance and preserve the reputation of Babybow products and helps to ensure the long term success of the brand and its reseller network. Please refer to the Babybow Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy for details.
LEAD TIME
In stock orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. This lead time does not include shipping time from our warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. Please allow more time for large orders or orders placed during busy seasons.
SHIPPING
Orders are FOB Los Angeles, CA and processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm PST. Most items ship within 48 - 72 business hours of receipt of order and depending on your location, your order will arrive in 2 - 7 business days from shipping date. You may call or email us at any time to the status of the existing order. Items are shipped via UPS / FedEx Ground from Los Angeles, CA at reseller’s expense. Shipping to the lower 48 states is standard ground. Expediting your order is available upon request at reseller’s expense. UPS / FedEx WILL NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES. Delivery should be made to a commercial address however if a noncommercial address is provided, an additional $5.00 UPS/FedEx charge will be applied post delivery and the delivery will not require a signature. Reseller agrees that Babybow will not be responsible any delivery loss or damage.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Orders in the Babybow system that have not been shipped can be altered or cancelled. All changes must be made via fax including any additions or cancellations. Once orders are shipped, adjustments may not be made.
BACKORDERS
You will be notified of backorders within 24 hours. At that time you may choose a partial shipment of the order or to have your order held until the order is complete. Please note if a split shipment is requested, additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
CLAIMS & DAMAGES
If an error occurs with your shipment, claims for shortage or defective or damaged goods must be made within five (5) days of receipt of merchandise. Depending on circumstances, we will either arrange for a pickup or provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for you to return the defected goods. The issued authorization number must appear on the carton of your returned goods. And the returned goods must be in its original package. Credit will not be issued on any products which have been altered or defaced in any. Babybow liability in respect to goods furnished hereunder shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods in respect to which damages are claimed.
RETURNS
If you ordered incorrectly or decide you don’t want the items, you may return the merchandise up to 15 business days of receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs are your responsibility. Items cannot be returned without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Customer Service Department. Depending on your location or circumstances, we will either arrange for a pickup or provide you with return authorization # for you to return the defected goods. The issued authorization # must appear on the carton of your returned goods. And the returned goods must be in its original package.
PRODUCT PHOTOS/ADVERTISING
If you are interested in promoting Babybow products, we can help! Many high resolution photos and templates are available for use. We will need to approve of artwork, descriptive copy and claims made about our products, so please call us at an early stage in the planning of any project.
